World Crazy Golf Championship

Saturday 28th - Sunday 29th October 2006
Time:
10am (prompt start both days).
Venue:
Marine Parade, Hastings, East Sussex TN34 3AG England
By car:
Allow two hours travel time from London.
By public transport:
Trains run direct to Hastings from London Charing Cross (twice an hour; allow 100 minutes). There is also a direct train every hour from Gatwick Airport (via Eastbourne).
Eligibility:
All players must be aged at least 14 years of age on the day of the tournament. Beginners welcome.
Format:
All players to complete at least six rounds (108 holes) - if they play on both days.
3 rounds of mini golf and 3 rounds of crazy golf
Rules:
Standard BMGA rules apply, except a standard course ball is the only ball allowed. In the final round the following additional rules ('Special rules') apply superseding the relevant BMGA rules:
a: All players in group tee off before any player has 2nd shot
b: Deliberate play to hit anothers ball utilising your own ball is allowed
c: No marking of balls allowed, except when cleaning which can only be done when it's their shot
d: Furthest away plays first
e: Rotational start ie all three players start on 6 of the 18 holes
f: If the ball exits the playing area it goes back to the tee
g: Independent scorers for final

You may use your own putter.

BMGA members and licence holding Internationals £TBC per player.

BMGA members pay half the advertised price at all of the Hastings crazy golf courses.
