Course has suffered some vandalism, owners are looking at some general improvements for next year, as ground can flood and bring muddy feet.  Situated under trees so some leaves, although it is cleared regularly.
Good holes are 2 - with ball hazard, 7 - almost 360 degrees around tree, 9 - volcano, 12 - green is on an island and 14 - a zig zag.
Some cups have raised lips.
Good course, lack of borrow on greens and the wood border may put off the serious player.
Is used for corporate functions.
Friendly atmosphere.
