10:45 am prompt start

 

Venue:

Marine Parade, Hastings, East Sussex  TN34 3AG England

 

By car:

From the M25, turn off at Junction 5 (Sevenoaks). Take A21 into Hastings, continuing along Ebdens Hill and Sedlescombe Road. Then follow directions to the pier, continue along the seafront towards the Old Town passing the pier on the right. There is parking by the course.

Allow two hours travel time from London.

 

By public transport:

Trains run direct to Hastings from London Charing Cross (twice an hour; allow 100 minutes). There is also a direct train every hour from Gatwick Airport (via Eastbourne).

 

Eligibility:

All  players must be aged at least 14 years of age on the day of the tournament. Beginners welcome but you must be a member of the BMGA.  You can join below.
 

Format:

Cup play. Competing players are divided into groups of four for the first two rounds. Winner of each group and best runner-up on aggregate score qualify for the 18-hole Final. Previous rounds' scores are discarded for the final (except in the event of a tie).

 

Entrance Fee:

£5 for BMGA members.  

£15 for non-members, which includes BMGA membership for the remainder of the season.

Entrance Fee covers:

  • 2 rounds of competitive minigolf for all players
  • Another round for the top three.

BMGA Players' Championship shield for a year
